This past Friday marked a significant milestone for Breaking Barrs: our very first official Board of Directors meeting. For the first time, the founding officers of our team gathered in one room. What was expected to be a quick morning check-in quickly evolved into a 4.5-hour session. (We were all late, as usual—classic us!)

Once we began, time seemed irrelevant. Something deeper and more meaningful was unfolding. We laughed, we cried, and we dreamed out loud. Our discussions often circled back to Brad. We shared stories and re-centered ourselves on why Breaking Barrs exists.
